HISTORY

Originally established in the 1960s as a Bavarian medical center, Resort Alpschatten was renovated and refurbished in the early 2010s under the helm of Herr König – our in-house preservationist – passionate about hospitality with a background in conservation biology and ornithology. The combination of a world-class resort, premium medical offerings, and functional nature preservation makes Alpschatten a one-of-a-kind destination in the Alps, with offerings for any needs that might arise for you and your guest.
